NOTE: Hot Rod City Customs IS NOT a parts warehouse like J&P Cycles or Dennis Kirk. We do not carry every item on this website on a shelf. We are a build shop and this website is part of our retail business. A business that says it should not cost a Blue Collar Worker or anyone else, an arm and a leg to have a custom bike. We try to get parts out to our customers in a timely manner, usually within 7-10 days. If it is not on a shelf, then we put the order into the manufacturer or distributor. Their timelines for delivery do not always match what we or our customers would like them to. Delays from manufacturers or distributors can sometimes take 2 - 3 weeks depending on their current stock or backordered items. In such cases, HRCC has no control over the manufacturer or distributors delivery timelines, however, we will attempt to get the manufacturer or distributor to drop-ship directly to the customer to prevent further delay. Generally they have been very kind to offer to drop-ship to our customers for us. |
